Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account, including bookings, listings, and sales made while signed in.

We may suspend or close an account that is used in a way that harms other users, a store, or MARTA.

Buying and selling

MARTA provides a marketplace and in-store selling spaces. Store rules, space bookings, prices, and commissions are set by the relevant store and shown before you confirm a booking or sale.

Items you sell must be accurately described and legally yours to sell. Buyers should inspect items and follow the store’s return and buyer-protection rules where they apply.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse MARTA: no fraud, harassment, scraping, or attempts to break security. Do not list prohibited or counterfeit goods.
